Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so kindly review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Sharp & Slick does not ship on weekends or major holidays.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable even after an order is placed due to high demand. If this occurs, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at the discretion of Sharp & Slick.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping delays may occur during:

  • Festive seasons

  • Special launches

  • Sale/markdown periods

  • High-volume order windows

Pre-Order Policy

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility.

  • Full payment is collected at checkout for pre-order items.

  • Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled after placement.

Shipping Methods (India)

For orders within India, Sharp & Slick provides complimentary standard shipping (3–5 working days).

Delivery timelines do not include the 24-hour processing window.

Holidays Observed

Sharp & Slick does not ship or process orders on the following holidays:

  • Diwali

  • New Year’s Day

  • Independence Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, Sharp & Slick is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged items after delivery

Risk transfers to the courier once the order is handed over.

Final Sale Items

During promotional periods, all sale items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, price adjustments, or refunds will be issued for discounted items.
