Return and Exchange Policy

Applicability of Policy

By using the Sharp & Slick website or by placing an order for any product on our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a purchase on sharpandslick.com.

Sharp & Slick reserves the right to revise or update this Policy at any time. We encourage customers to review the Policy each time they place an order to understand the terms applicable at that moment.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once your request is approved:

  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours.

  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

Reverse pickup availability is subject to your pincode’s serviceability.

Quality Check & Processing Time

All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) once received at our warehouse.

  • Only after QC approval will the return/exchange be processed.

  • Exchange deliveries typically take 7–10 working days after QC approval.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product or receive a gift card usable on our website or at any Sharp & Slick store.

Refunds

For all approved return requests:

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of a credit note.

  • The credit note will be emailed to your registered address after QC approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For prepaid orders:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • In exceptional approved cases, refunds are issued only as gift cards, valid for 6 months and redeemable online or in-store.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

30-Day Product Issue Guarantee

Sharp & Slick offers a 30-day review period for manufacturing-related concerns such as:

  • Colour bleeding

  • Print cracks

  • Stitching or finishing defects

If reported within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange a pickup and resolve the issue.
Requests raised after 30 days will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

When You Can Request an Exchange or Return

You may initiate a return or exchange if:

(a) The product does not fit
(b) The product or shipping package arrives damaged
(c) The product is defective
(d) Accessories or parts are missing

Conditions for Return/Exchange Eligibility

Products will be accepted for return/exchange only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been worn, used, washed, or tampered with.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact and unaltered.

  • The product has not been altered unless proven as a vendor defect.

  • The product matches the order details in our system.

  • There are no stains, perfumes, odours, damages, dents, tears, or signs of usage.

  • Items purchased as a set must be returned/exchanged as a complete set.

  • The product is in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.

  • Sharp & Slick is satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange request if the product fails to meet these mandatory conditions.

Return shipments are facilitated through our authorised reverse-logistics partners.

Once your return/exchange request is submitted and acknowledged:

  • Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange pickup.

  • Pickup schedules may vary based on pincode serviceability.

Order Cancellations

  • COD orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
